We want you to love your Tuckernuck finds, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
